As a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider, the team offer innovative accommodation solutions across Australia, with a strong growth pipeline.The RoleAs Accounts Receivable Officer: RRC, you will play a critical role in managing the collection of tenant Reasonable Rent Contribution (RRC) payments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. You will have sound communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, and have a strong level of experience to be able to work autonomously.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and receipt Reasonable Rent Contribution (RRC) claims and payments.Liaise with the tenancy team and other stakeholders to ensure financial transactions are accurate and timely.Work collaboratively to resolve rent arrears and discrepancies efficiently.Perform account reconciliations using Centrepay and bank statements.Enter all RRC transactions into CX (by Civica) and Xero.Produce monthly aged debtors reports, identifying problematic accounts and recommending actions.Prepare and distribute tenant rental statementsSupport the finance team with various administrative tasks.Ensure all work complies with relevant regulatory standards.About YouWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional :  someone with a strong knowledge across accounts receivable and an ability to hit the ground running. The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and receipt Reasonable Rent Contribution (RRC) claims and payments.
  • Liaise with the tenancy team and other stakeholders to ensure financial transactions are accurate and timely.
  • Work collaboratively to resolve rent arrears and discrepancies efficiently.
